Wiki UK and Ireland Supercharger Site News

Hey everyone. Not sure if this is the right section mods please move if needed Spotted a very long row of v4 style chargers (new ones) at gypsy lane retail park exit in Luton. They obviously haven’t been switched on yet but it’s been a long time coming and will fill a good gap in the...

    Facelift Model 3

Interesting. The dashboard is different and curves towards where the steering wheel would be. So I would assume there will be some sort of display there

    Camborne (Cornwall) Supercharger?

Used this supercharger a day ago. Tesla maps gives you the worst directions to it. It’s tucked behind a building called the fibre hub. There is no cafe. Just a kfc over the road. Mad to think how many times I may have been sitting next to other members of this forum by reading the...

    ICE to EV doubts

I used to drive my RS5 daily. Since I got the tesla model 3 SR+. I barely use the Audi anymore. The interior sound is the same to me. It’s the tyres that make the difference. I guess I can’t compare the sound of the Audi considering it’s mega loud

Model 3 isofix, do you use inserts, or just squeeze between the cushions

If I could add some detail…. I have a model 3 with black interior, I used the isofix inserts with to help guide the rails of the child seat. One day I needed to haul some stuff so I took out the child seat and left the isofix inserts thinking nothing of it. I dropped the seats down...

    TeslaOffer "Eagle Eye" rear lights

whilst they incorporate many cool features that most modern rear lights have. Sweeping and dynamic indicators etc. It’s still a very poor version of it. Not enough individual LEDs to make it look smooth.

    Indicator question on Model 3

I also had an issue with my car deciding to indicate by itself without even using the stalk. Always the right indicator when on the motorway. I don’t have fsd but did have autopilot engaged

    Indicator question on Model 3

Mine does this all the time. Annoying Or you end up playing ping pong with the indicators

    Stress cracks in rear light

The second picture where the little circle dot is is where the injection moulding point is. These lights must be incredibly cheaply made

    After market headlights

The light output is lowered due to regulations In Europe you must have headlamp washers to be allowed to have a brighter light output. Of which Tesla do not

    Front motor.. dead

it was under warranty. Rs5 and Rs6 have suffered from mechatronic failures. They blame use of the paddle gear shifters and material entering the mech unit. I know many a people on the rs forums who had similar issues. Went all the way to Germany and came back as a no. I still...

    Front motor.. dead

Wish Audi replaced the mechatronic unit on my Audi rs5 when it pooped itself. Sadly 12 grand later the car was working again. Glad to hear they are replacing it

2021 M3 - Marks on Rear Passenger Seats

My black interior had marks and creases on collection of the car. The service centre steamed the seats and was pretty much able to remove them 98%. There is a feint outline there. Annoying but at the end of the day they are going to pick up small creases with use anyway.
