Gen 3 Wall Connector - Is Surge Protection Already Present, or Is It a Requirement At the Main Panel?

The "professional" that installed your Wall Connector did not do their job. If you only had an electric dryer and the car charging at the same time, that would be the maximum draw that you can pull from that panel, no air conditioning, no refrigerator, no stove.... You should get your Breaker...

Surge Protection - at the Wall Charger & the Tesla Itself?

That happens many times in a home with an undersized breaker panel, ie. Load Center. Did anyone do load calculations to see if your breaker panel was large enough to handle your charging?

Kicked out of the FSD Beta! (Long Post)

And I literally have my car in FSD Beta 99.9% of the time that I am in my car...

Kicked out of the FSD Beta! (Long Post)

I have had FSD Beta since the first of November 2021, and I have yet to have any strikeouts. I am still puzzled how anyone can get booted from FSD Beta when it takes 5 Strikeouts!

Two Weeks with a Model 3 Performance

Unless you have FSB Beta it will not stop at red lights. The Standard Autopilot or Enhanced Autopilot are for Highway use only! Yes, they will operate on other roads, but they will not respond to Stop signs or Red LIghts!

Poll: Will hands free driving be a big win for Tesla?

I live on Ohio and have had FSD Beta since the first week of Novembr 2021... I used it to drive 95% or more of all my driving. It drives roundabouts better than the vast majority of adults that I know. My biggest issue is that it at times misses a turn a must reroute...

Poll: Will hands free driving be a big win for Tesla?

I do not think that any true FSD will ever do so. Individuals will still need insurance even when everyone has FSD cars...

Poll: Will hands free driving be a big win for Tesla?

I truly believe that we would already have hands free if it was not for idiots showing off and doing stunts that they should not have been doimg... I have driven almost every car out there with self-driving and nothing begins to compare to what my FSD Beta can accomplish... My car executes...

How can I see how many miles I have driven on FSD vs total driving

I am also interested in this because of Elon's announcement to eliminate the steering wheel nag for those ith more than 10,000. I really believe that I have in access of 10,000 miles, but I would love to know for sure... I received FSD Beta the first week of November 2021, 14 months ago and I...

Does Model Y come with heated steering wheel now?

That can be the phone... This is generally a wireless inference issue...

2021 heated steering wheel Discussion thread

If the harness is there, then it would not be a problem. I would not make my own or modify the existing harness... If the harness is there I am will to bet (figuratively) that the Tesla SC would hook it up or allow you to pay to add the feature...

2021 heated steering wheel Discussion thread

The issue I have with doing that is this, everything and I literally mean everything in the Tesla is interconnected. Tire, wheels, suspension parts etc... use what you wish, but the way in which everything electrical is tied together attaching anything to the system could have a cause and...
