I ended up going to sunbusters in lakeway. They did a very good job. I think the total was $650, pinnacle all around and air90 on windshield. Didn’t get roof done since it already rejects all UV and most IR. incremental difference in further IR reduction is not worth the price. Could go darker...

A few weeks ago my car got towed due to faulty low voltage controller. Everything was dead. After they fixed it, the steering wheel no longer remembers the driver profile settings. Selecting different driver profiles doesn't matter. Seat and mirrors adjust fine. Steering itself can be adjusted...

I have a Model Y and same thing happened to me just a couple weeks ago when they had to change the controller for the 12V system. Mirror and seat work, but steering wheel doesn't adjust with driver profile.

Congrats. Test the door by rolling the windows down and then closing the door. If it is still hard to close, it is not normal. If it is not, this is normal, in fact, 2 my previous German cars had the same feeling.

Yep, I get white screen with "Error has occurred" message. Can't access any app features (or the car via app). Account page down as well on the website.

I spoke too soon. Now my app is entirely useless, just showing a white screen with "Error has occured" message at the center. Strangely, my Stats App is able to connect to the car

My connection just came back. (Tesla App, Stats app, etc all working) interestingly, my service appointment has disappeared from the app :) oh oh

Wonder if your car got stuck in an update or some other issue happened specific to your car regarding the key issues. Both the keycard and the phone key should work regardless of the network. Good luck.

You don’t need the Tesla network for keycards to unlock the car. In fact, even your phone key will work to get in the car, though the Tesla app itself is not connecting to the car (just tried this to confirm).

This sounds like a different problem, since card keys do not need connection to the Tesla network.
