I went with TPU frames. No rust no rattle. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VT4CZQY/

how to find wheel alignment service for Tesla Model Y

Check to see if your local Firestone offers Lifetime Alignment. My local shop offers it for less than Tesla wants for a single alignment.

Acceleration Boost option standard for all LR Model Ys?

Just checked the app and it's still available. I'll probably be pulling the trigger on it in the coming weeks.

Trash Can for Model Y in Armrest storage?

I'm not using mine for trash but the first one I got would slide backwards but not forwards. That bugged me enough to get a new one with tabs on the front that keep it from sliding back.

Trash Can for Model Y in Armrest storage?

Are we talking about storage or trash? I have under-seat drawers for added storage (recommend ones with tabs on the front to keep them from sliding back) and small waste bins in the door pockets for trash.

SA mentioned mid-cycle refresh for the Y

Aren't pretty much all Tesla refreshes "mid-cycle"? My 2022 lacks the Ryzen and heated wipers.

Michelin CrossClimate 2 finally coming to Model Y size

Just noticed that Discount Tire has the Michelin CrossClimate2 in 255/45 R19 listed as "Coming Soon" https://www.discounttire.com/buy-tires/michelin-crossclimate2/p/106975

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

That's the head-scratching aspect of the "wait until" approach. We've seen the MYLR go up $10K over the past 8 months and at some point you have to ask yourself whether a current-spec car is worth so much less than the dream car of tomorrow. People who deferred ordering waiting for BBB are now...

Do Some V11 Issues Warrant NHTSHA Reporting? Here's How to Do It.

One thing to keep in mind is that calling for NHTSA recalls to prioritize such "safety" issues means that all other features (potentially ones that are more irritating) get deprioritized. Also, I'd be surprised if the compliance obligations associated with a recall didn't slow down development...

    Test drive before accepting delivery

To those insisting on test drives of the actual vehicle purchased, what sorts of defects are you concerned about that wouldn't be fixed under warranty? I test drove a MYLR prior to placing my order and would've been shocked if the one delivered had noticeably different driving characteristics.

Tesla App v. 4.7.1 Still Not Listed

This. I had to visit the Tesla app page in the app store to get it to show as having an update available
