Who did you talk to about getting the new delivery date? Someone in Raleigh or your ISA? My delivery date was last Thursday (9/13). Of course, this was cancelled due to Florence. My ISA hasn’t responded with a new date yet. I also have paid in full.

Great question! I think you can always ask to take delivery at the Raleigh office, instead of home delivery. I hope you have better luck than I did with that request. Also, I wonder if we can just pay the Tesla associate with a cashier’s check when he brings the car?

Tesla is building a new delivery organization to support insane workload of Model 3 deliveries

You should be OK. My ISA said that I could bring a guest. I have a conflict, so I’ll continue to be Tesla-less for a while. You guys have fun!

They just need to add another sales/SC in the area, IMHO. Like a new one in Durham or Chapel Hill. Just having two in the whole state is probably unsustainable.
