    Any news on 100D uncorking?

My 100D got the performance upgrade from a ranger today and he also installed 46.8 at the same time. The vin is 1889xx from March 17. I had it checked and they said it was eligible. Then I got a phone call saying that it was not. And that only 75's were uncorkable. I set an email showing...

    Any news on 100D uncorking?

Received an email from the local SC that my car is eligible for the upgrade. vin 1889XX mfgd in Mar 2017. I stopped in to the SC and asked them to investigate and got the response about 3 hours later. Now I need to schedule a time. I understand it is about a 2 hour job and it has to be at...

    Any news on 100D uncorking?

" boonedocks, Today at 2:00 PM Just received the news as well. From my SA: VIN: 1883** Manufacture date: 02/17" Hmm, been following this thread with interest. The message from boondocks appears to include my car as it is a Mar 2017 with the VIN 1889xx. Looks like a visit to the SC...

    2017.44 02fdc86

So I got the 'easy exit' update this morning. Tried it out as I was looking forward to it. But 'WHAT HO' they made it useless. It activates when you put it into Park. Now it is logical to me to have it activate on opening the drivers door but PARK????? I can't relax in the car when someone gets...

    Firefox constantly "loading" page

When that is going on, there is a small x on the right side of the URL. Just 'click' on the x and it will stop. I have not figured out why it does it on some tabs but not others. Probably trying to load an ad. Do you have adblock or noscrip running.

    Homelink transmission strength

Its has been reported that certain LED bulbs in the garage door opener will interfere with the signals. I dont see that mentioned here but you might try removing the bulbs and seeing if things get better. For my part the homelink transmitter in my 100D works from out in the street just fine...

Time to crack her open and get inside the network for AP2

BIgdog, that just sucks. Especially for someone who has faithfully supported the community for a long time. They could have issued a warning rather than just lowering the boom. I sincerely hope this gets resolved in your favor and they realize how much damage to their efforts this could...

Some questions for my new-to-me Model S

There is an icon with circular arrows at a bottom corner of the map screen. touch it and it will put the map on the bottom half. Any other function on the top screen wont cover the icons. Only the map does that (and I wish it didn't).

Got New Primacy Tires on the Rear and now Car handles Weird...

Do you have the same tires on the front. If different mfger or just a different model tire from the same company, that can cause problems exactly as described due to different sidewall flexibility.

    Software version 17.34 2448cfc

I got 34. a couple of days ago. Only been doing short errands since. Have been very impressed with the 'in town' performance. Smoothly goes through intersections, tracked well on a road with only a double yellow in the center and no side lines at all. Kept a good clearance to the center...

My car randomly turned itself on. WTF?

All these happenings seem to have occurred in the same time frame. Sense our apps only command the Tesla Servers to activate something on the car to happen (that is why you need a cell connection to use the app) it would seem to be not an individual car issue. Makes you wonder who has access...

Does the "aero" design in the 18 wheels add any range?

I factor I do not see mentioned is the resistance to damage to potholes or rough transitions. The 18s would be much better in this regard. In fact 17s would be more desirable. Taller sidewalls give greater impact resistance. And in a car with no spare you want to maximize impact...
