I’m the shop twice for the same issue. Service has been unbelievable in making sure that I get my car back as soon as possible. I have my car back and can confirm the errors went away and a module has been replaced.

For the record…. Worth it.

Feature request: When on a call, use the voice command button to hang up. Not like I can use it anyways while on a call...

Because if I have passengers in the backseat and I run out of the car for a minute or two, I should expect the air to work regardless of what “mode” I am in. This also brings up Cabin Overheat Protection issues I’m sure. Also, can’t have my mother in law in the back seat and put on Dog Mode…...

Poor design to show the fans blowing but no air coming out. Also poor function to not allow people in the backseat to get air without someone in the front. Doubt it’s even on the list.

Yup. That’s the exact issue.

Right. The front display needs to be on in order for the rear to blow air. Is there a known way to report bugs besides for the "bug report" voice command?

Have Tesla Mobile Service coming for my Model Y. If it's just me, I'll mention it to them. If it's everyone, not much we can do.

Can anyone test this out for me? Everyone leave the car, only one person go into the backseat. Close all doors. Make sure all screens are black. Tap the back screen and turn on the air conditioner using that power button in the middle... does any air come out?
