What is upside down on the unit that I have? It has to be sideways to fit in the spot.

I have a 2016 (refresh) and thought I had mine properly placed. Looked at my account and I've got over 30 V-toll (not read) charges. Something ain't right! This is how I have it mounted.

That's how I finally got a person!

I was finally able to get a person after much button-pushing on the phone. It's definitely worth it. They were able to diagnose the issue over the phone, order the parts and schedule an appointment this week for me.

I don't think I was clear. If I call the service center directly I get a recording that says use the app or go online. No matter how many times I mash the 0 key I can't get an actual person. I'm going to call sales tomorrow and see if they can transfer me. Silly but might work.

With all the recent Tesla announcements I can't help but think that any Model S interior refresh isn't coming in the very near future. Thoughts?

That's a good question. I saw some that were $1,000 a wheel. To me, that seems like too much.

I'm going to be turning in my Model S lease in a few months and will probably get another one. I don't really like the looks of the current 19" wheels and because I live in Pa (Pothole City) I'm a little concerned about getting the 21" wheels. I'm thinking of maybe getting some aftermarket 19"...
