    Ccs1(dc combo) test finish

Manufactured by PEGATRON Corporation in Tawian for Tesla for the Korean market. Hopefully the plant in El paso will product these.

    Fixed: Gemini Wheel Cover Noise

We been talking about the same thing here. ( gemini wheel cover plastic noise ) I used painters tape to cover the fingers. Which stopped the noise. Though I wonder if there is a bigger issue with the wheel flexing. Maybe its not a big deal, maybe there is suppose to be play in these wheels.

    Gemini Wheel Cover plastic noise

That's what I am thinking. Those fingers are on the outer part of the rim, and if you roll the wheels slowly, you get the noise. To me something that is stationary and attached to the rim shouldn't be moving. This leads me to believe the rim itself is flexing from the weight of the car, which...

    Gemini Wheel Cover plastic noise

Seeing it might be the rim itself that is flexing, maybe its good your giving your wheels up. Maybe manufacturing messed up on some of the rims produced. This will allow some type of recall as well. Would be good to know if my rims are going to fail in the feature from this flexing. To me, it...

Discussion: Tesla Vision system for Model 3/Y

Looking behind the frunk button door, yes the radar 7 pin harness still exists. Look like it was waiting there for the services center to complete the task. 😆

Tesla.com - "Transitioning to Tesla Vision"

I just wish I could overrule the choice of high beams. Driving in back of someone with high beams is not cool, or if it doesn't turn them off while a car is passing by you on a two way highway. Not sure what can be done for the fast toggle issue. Just don't want to be that person on the highway...

Discussion: Tesla Vision system for Model 3/Y

Yes, I did. At the same time I didn't know it was going to be this bad. It also wasn't the setup you signed up for in the first place. It isn't the car I tested either. I also didn't get notified that my passenger lumber support was going to be removed either. I didn't I get an acceptance page...

Model Y: Tesla Vision - no radar drive at night

Perfect example of the problems with no radar: https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/threads/master-thread-new-tesla-vision-system-for-model-3-y.229058/page-8#post-5576420

Discussion: Tesla Vision system for Model 3/Y

I just posted about this too, this person's experience sounds like what I have been going through mostly just in the nighttime. I wonder if an eBay Tesla radars can still be added. Maybe the cable is still there? I bought this car mainly for my wife and to do more road trips. It is not the car I...

Model Y: Tesla Vision - no radar drive at night

I am sure your passengers are loving their lumbar support too. :) No one told us this was removed as well. Pretty upsetting seeing that is what my wife loved when we did the test drive.

    Gemini Wheel Cover plastic noise

Yep, its the tabs, would of used duck tap, but this was experimental. So I doubled up on blue painters tape. Like magic the sound is gone!

Yes, I believe we are talking about the TACC.

Model Y: Tesla Vision - no radar drive at night

Yes, my bad. I meant "Cruise" setting 🤤

Model Y: Tesla Vision - no radar drive at night

Is there a setting to turn off the auto beams for cruise / autopilot? On my model y no radar, it say that auto beams must be turned on to use it.

Model Y: Tesla Vision - no radar drive at night

I am not sure if anyone else experienced this, or maybe I am doing something wrong. (All of this is just using the curse setting only, set the speed and go, no autopilot steering). Last night I experienced phantom braking from oncoming lights from other cars on a two-way highway. Phantom braking...
