since the PRO plate is illuminated, i'd prefer if my license plate lights were off. anyone tried removing bulbs or will that cause an error message? thanks

Duplicolor customwraps : graphite metallic matte * handle wrap was from one of the online vendors : done when I first got the car but it needs to be redone so wrap goes around the edges * side camera was from ebay overseas vendor, also needs wrap or paint to better match the car.

I use Duplicolor wrap first then if I like it I will peel off and use real paint. But so far, it has held up and I've been lazy to redo Chrome trim was painted as well as the wooden center dash to make things flow.

Question on Plate pro: when does the display light up? thanks

OK... just read the TO site(more info than the HS) it's just wiring to hook up the speakers parallel : i think i prefer to use the system as discussed on original thread as speakers are connected to a separate amp. thanks I'm learning more as i go along and read more detail about the upgrade

the HS site shows $80 "activation with harness 6 speakers" wouldn't that need an AMP? or somehow its integrated into the OEM system? or is there a way to use the HS and just add a powered sub that can go under trunk cavity? thanks

thanks for all the good info: this is a very interesting upgrade....... but i was following until i got to the post about the "HANSSHOW" harness. will that just make the wiring easier?

This past May someone broke into my garage and stole four high value bicycles, if i had sentry mode on the car would have flashed lights and possibly let thieves know that they were being recorded. The car now acts as part of my alarm system in garage so my sentry mode is left on at night.
