I've never heard either version being described as "soft" or "floaty". I've only felt the updated version which is softer than the first version and it is anything but soft or floaty. Its firm and composed. Very sporty but comfortable.

Auto pilot has worked well up until this morning. I put the blinker down to get into the fast lane. It made it about half way then darted back into the slow lane for no apparent reason, both lanes were clear. It really is true to stay focused and keep your hands on the wheel at all times.

My 14' IS350 F-sport had a sporty suspension but soaked up city potholes very well. The 3 is a lot more herky jerky on the same streets.

Eibachs tend to have an uneven raked drop, but this looks like a nice even drop I was looking for. How many fingers can you fit in there?

I seriously doubt they will include SC with the base model 3. At 35k, they likely wont make much profit and may even take a loss with every sale. It should be included as you upgrade since this is where Tesla makes money is with the added options and will have room to include SC.
