4B is damaged. Think it was broken fairly recently as PlugShare entries for the site didn't mention it, even recent ones. I've posted this on PlugShare and submitted it to Tesla through their app using the Supercharger Feedback form. Took some pics too.

I was in Waco last weekend, and it looked like the I-35 construction was done. At least, coming from the south, I drove from Temple to the Waco SC and didn't hit any construction. The north bound lanes were all open.
