The address on the posting doesn't look like it could be a Supercharger site. those are condominiums. I'm betting its actually going in at the small shopping center on the south side of the road.

For permitting the address may be dependent on a smaller parcel of a larger property.

So even if owned by the Alabama Shepherd Shopping Center, they can't necessarily use its address.

Having written that, I think that the electrical work makes more sense, suggesting that they'll be bringing power from across the road to the parking lot.

Unless, of course, this is Tesla wiring a lot of charging spaces in the condo building's parking garage. But $200k is a lot of money for 27 units.

There’s a lot of action going on and the site is well covered up, but I think it’ll be 12+ stalls. There are lot of CenterPoint trucks as well.

I wonder if TSLA is getting into the real estate game here where they are opting to own the land (vs leasing and/or setting up some agreement with the owner) as it looks like there's not really a formal host there.

I rarely charge away from the house locally, but I have a friend who shops at that HEB and its always a mess with a wait apparently. But I've never charged there and going off hearsay. Either way I agree more chargers the better.

The entrance has been completed and transformer installed…sparky is onsite along with CofH inspector which will hopefully give utility company the green light to energize the transformer.

Interesting land use - must be some type of easement that larger improvements could not be built on. What's bad for the land developer is good for Tesla drivers!
