For anyone who the same problem, I figured it out! I changed security to AES and turned gps on. No more drops!

I think AP2 would speed up to run the pedestrian down and then back up to make the pedestrian was hit before swerving down the road...

Autosteer doesn't work above 35 on local roads and above 55 on highways with that update. They're gradually improving autosteer with higher speeds with updates. Enjoy your car, still the best there is.
