I’m in the same boat. It’s been doing this to me since v10 came out. Ended up speaking to a sc and now I have to bring my car in for them to install it. My car attempted to install it 5x and it just hangs at the end of the download.

What’s the status of your vehicle? Did they give you any information? Most of the time if you tell them you need your mvpa to submit to bank for loan they can pull the vin number out.

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been told my car was in paint. Even today I got the same answer. They told me we are hoping you will get it by the 30th of June. It’s in everyone’s best interest. She didn’t sound too convincing that I would get it by the end of June.

June 18th hold date slips to June 28th for delivery now. Anyone else see the delivery dates change for them? Tesla told me car should be going out on truck to New Jersey today/tomorrow Let’s hope its here by the 30th. Fingers crossed

Yup. That’s how I got delivery date of June 18th. I still have no vin on page but do in code. They told me it shows for delivery June 18th if everyone goes right if not the 20th. Will see. But definitely do without zip you get a lot more info

Was your vin posted on Tesla web page or you got it trough email? Tesla hq told me yesterday that they see a delivery date of jun 18 for me but the car is still in final production. Just wondering if you get the vin once the car is complete and on truck for delivery. Thx

Ordered 5/28 car went in production last Monday and today they told me it’s finishing production. Spoke to my sc about an hr ago and he said it’s possible to have it delivered end of week this week. Will see

Did just what @Zaxxon stated They can give you lots more info. I don’t even have a vin number on my page but they have one and its in the source as well.
