    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

If you notice the space from the T-Badge from the bumper to hood. it can be largely improved using an X T-Badge that you will have to cut n order to fit correctly. Here's how it looks again and you can imagine if it was used on Luis's S how much it would help fill the gap.

Will the following size tires work on an S - 255/45 R20 and 275/45 R20

Really depends on the rim as well. If you have a rim that has a large lip and or 2/3 piece rims that have a large lip you can run some really wide rims and tires. With rims that have no lip and the face is similar to Tesla's rims it is difficult to fit anything very wide. You can use spacers and...

2015 Model S Unplugged Front Facia Upgrade in Philadelphia

They did a really good job. I have seen some that look terrible and I honestly would be scared to have anyone do the install besides UP themselves. They also charged about the same as UP for the install and it takes much longer than what they claim. You should be very happy with the results. BTW...

    Hood - 2016.5+ facelift Model S

I am interested but the OP made the post so I wouldn't want to being an ass and not allow him to respond considering we both live in the same state. What color is it? Price? Thanks

    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

I am not positive about the X bumper (the head lights would have to be used from an X to fit) or hood being identical, however you can easily use an X T badge which helps to fill up the space.

    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

There are a few things on amazon I think could possibly help with this project...POSSIBLY lol. Especially with it being almost impossible to get your own parts if you don't have the proper vin/car. Just search this on amazon Tesla Model S Chrome Inserts Tesla Model X Chrome Bonnet I ordered...

    Good deal on used P85D?

Yes, they usually are always going down except exotics. However P85D's were cheaper almost a year ago then they are today. Last Feb they were selling in the mid $40's on ebay etc. This was also when Tesla had over 1,000 used cars for sale. Although I don't think it will happen again especially...

    Good deal on used P85D?

Honestly if you are buying used you might as well go with a performance model. The price is not much more for a car that costed significantly more when new. Now if you were buying new back when they had all the other options than it would've been better to purchase the cheaper trims as they have...

    Good deal on used P85D?

That's the problem with Tesla's pricing. What he is paying $50k for was $60k two weeks ago. Once they have too many of any model they start dropping the price until it sells every day. They won't stop dropping the price regardless what it may be worth. They just want to move any excess inventory...

    Good deal on used P85D?

Or fly out to pick it up and arrange your own shipping from florida. You could potentially still save money and see it in person before it is shipped.

    Good deal on used P85D?

Has to do something with the cost they are paying to ship. Only reason that would make sense. They probably are making $1,500 or more each car that they are charging $2,000 for delivery. Why not fly to florida and drive it back? No cost as far as charging, biggest issue is the time it takes to...

    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

I know that bumpers are over $600 (not painted) to a certified Tesla shop, that price was as of today. Most of the prices that were listed, like the brackets (8,9) and the chrome inlays with the housing are close too accurate from what a certified Tesla shop is paying for them...

    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

NVM on that picture being an S. It was actually an X he did it too, I think. It looked way to low to be an X but I will know for sure tomorrow

    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

I wrote this last night: I think you guys need to find a better place to talk and figure this out. Any ideas? Tesla monitors sites like this for owners just like you that are smart enough to get this far. Getting parts may be more difficult now. Has anyone mentioned a shop in the U.S. that will...

    Good deal on used P85D?

That's an amazing price cause you get the warranty as well. Only thing I may concerned about is the overall condition of the car and it's title. Tesla has been known to sell their used cars that have damage or accidents. So I would recommend doing a carfax and a autocheck report. Not just one...

    Good deal on used P85D?

You actually have around 4% degradation 242x.04=9.68 miles

    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

I would make sure the support beams for accidents don't affect anything. Whats interesting and I still think it could be true is that the original X was going to have a nose cone. Although the rear is completely different from when I was researching awhile ago I think the older S and X were very...

    Good deal on used P85D?

Really you shouldn't be mad or really know that since Tesla lies about the range of the P85D and P90D. Specifically the 2014 P85D getting 253 and a P90D getting 270. Only a 2016.5 gets 270 and also can do 0-60mph(1ft) in 2.6 seconds. The 2015 and 2016 P90D/DL gets 253 as does the 2015 and 2016...

    Good deal on used P85D?

Yes, I think Tesla knows a lot of stupid people who know they probably won't qualify will just pay the $100 and Tesla will just keep that lol

    Good deal on used P85D?

I agree I think the 85 batteries have shown to be the best in terms of battery degradation. What a lot of people don't realize is that the 2014 P85D had a range of 242. Compared to 253 for the 2015. I have noticed a lot of owners of the P85D having almost 242 if not a few miles more like stated...

    Good deal on used P85D?

In the P85D ludicrous never made much if any difference at all. That's why it was a $5k dollar upgrade instead of $10k. The amps that needed to be raised to make ludicrous effective is not effective in the P85D. Tesla was sued over this in Norway and had to refund the price they charged to add...

    Hood - 2016.5+ facelift Model S

I am also looking for the same hood and bumper from 2016.5+. Don't mind what color, just looking for them to be in great condition.
