Just called them, they will provide trade in price with current number but must have age related plates on and related V5 when handed over. That seems fair enough.

My M3P was allocated a vin this week and I have been allocated a collection date at the end of August, presumably this ties in with this being on Morning Chorus so perhaps there isn't an earlier ship, My EDD date was 9 Aug to 23 Aug but actual delivery dates being allocated are later.

Have you updated your zappi to the latest firmware as they have added a preconditioning function which needs a setting changing to work correctly.

Mine's registered in my company name, if it owns the car then why is there an issue. Presumably the invoice was in the company name otherwise you will have an issue claiming capital allowances.

If you use PCP you cannot claim the 100% capital allowances. Whilst this is only a cashflow advantage its still worth considering as it will reduce your corporation tax bill assuming you have sufficient profits to offset.

Just set mine up with Octopus, great feature to charge when it goes below a certain price. I have set my car to 70% and then charge when its below 5p, then top up adhoc as and when thats not enough.

The zappi has a sensor on the incoming mains connection so it knows what is being imported or exported and it then adjusts continuously as surplus changes, so if a kettle is switched on in the house or solar output changes charging will be adjusted automatically.

I have installed this update and I am now getting regular steering correction warnings on minor roads. I have never had them before and I have always had lane departure assist off so it doesn’t actually correct anything but it does issue a very loud warning. anyone else notice this?

I understand that Zappi are going to be adding functionality that does just that, the only other way would to write some code to do it yourself using the various API's that are available.

If you set Zappi to fast the timed boost will be ignored, it will switch on when the car wakes up, (whenever that is), or when schedule starts and then wont switch off until its fully charged. If you put Zappi in eco Plus then it should do as you suggest.

I use the stats app to schedule a charge, I set this to a few minutes before I set the Zappi to charge, works pretty reliably. I tend to set it to 3.30 to top up every night. If I am doing a bigger charge then I check the rates to see when is best.
