I received the email that the fsd beta was being pushed or downloaded to me. Downloaded for long time and kept spinning. My version on the app still says 2021.32.22. What’s up?

Has anyone had this experience? I have a 2020 Performance. Sometimes when I go into FSD and there is a red light up ahead- could be 100'- The car does not stop for the light. I have to hit the breaks because still driving too fast to think the car is going to stop.
