I think Tesla recommend nothing more than an occasional good clean with mild soap and water. I've been doing that about once every 2 months for 2 years in my white interior and still looks brand new.

Try slowing down and you wont run off the road in the treacherous mountain roads with a fogging windshield. If swiping up from anywhere on the bottom of the screen and hitting a button, as opposed to hitting a button, is really going to cause you to crash then perhaps you are driving way too...

Er, it doesn't. Where do you get this nonsense? If you don't want AC to come on then just press the AC button and it stays off regardless of how many times you swipe. If you press the OFF Button that turns of ALL climate control (AC, SEATS etc). The system is quite smart in that it will TURN ON...

There is no more distraction using the defogger or seat heaters, as the additional action (ie a swipe or a press of a non moving button) does not require removing eyes from the road. By that definition, it is the same as v10 in terms of "danger". And people whose argument is based on "danger"...
