But it does work with Normal Phone Cases. Wireless Charging is Finicky. Our Iphones are having no issues and my Wife and I have different cases including otterbox.

My Wife and I both have iPhone 11Pro Max's. I have a OEM thin case. She has a otterbox. Both work great at Wireless Charging in our Model Y
