So I had the same problem! The WiFi goes off after sometime if it doesn't connect. Turn off the charger from the circuit breaker and wait a minute and turn it back on. Then try to find the network from your phone or scan the QR code

Ok that makes me feel a little better because you 100% should get your car before me! I just wish there was more transparency, into when I will see my vin. Did you find yours in the source code before?
I agree, some sort of update would be nice. I call them almost every day. Nobody has any answers. My bigger concern is if something goes wrong is this the kind of service I am going to receive?

Wonder why people who have ordered months after me are getting VIN's assigned.
I'm lost, I ordered 8/4/19 and I still don't have a VIN. I have checked the source code...nothing. Why are users who ordered months after me getting their cars first!
