Chill mode didnt work for me on my 2020 MX LR. I ALWAYS keep it in Chill mode + range mode. Its starting to appear now.

2020 MX LR. 5000 miles. Always kept in Chill mode. Shudder occurs between 35mph and 50mph. Enough for my wife in the passenger to notice. Should I take this into the SC now or wait till it get more noticeable? Will they cover moderate shudder under warranty or only more extreme cases?

Never heard back from them.... based on my experience and others, customer service is not a priority for them. Focus is on getting them out the door, and that is about it.
