I finally got a call from my SA for the first time. Ordered 8/8 White/Black 19, no tow, no FSD. I was so excited to get a call from anyone at Tesla, but basically I was just told that I will get a delivery this month lol. No VIN, nada.

5 days ago it was 3-9 days, I just got a text saying 3-8 days. Yeah it sucks. I bet it will take full 8 days.

Yeah I think the base model (White/Black 19in no tow, no FSD) will be the last ones to be delivered..

Tesla seems to send text to me every other Wednesday. The last one I got said 2-4 weeks. I was desperately waiting for the text, but didn't get any so far. Did anyone receive the text update today?

Even if they announce new battery or something, it will take quite a while until we see that in production. You don't need to worry about battery day now.

In your very screenshot, the first guy ordered Performance on 8/19 and got VIN on 9/12. There is also one guy ordered on 7/13 and got VIN on 9/6. All Performance.

Yeah I am worried that they will try to rush all CA delivery at the end of the quarter and the number of QC issues rises in CA deliveries..

Seems like some CA ppl who ordered Performace started to get their VINs... so hopefully next week there will be massive CA VIN assignments

I ordered on 8/8. It took me 2 weeks to get a text saying 4-6 weeks left to get delivery. On spreadsheet I see a lot of people who ordered 2 weeks after me already getting their MY. Sucks to be in CA lol

I ordered the basic no option model LR, white, black interior, no tow, 19in wheel, no FSD two weeks ago, when the website said delivery will be in 3-6 weeks. I just got a text saying that it will be delivered in 4-6 weeks lol. So I guess it doesn't really make it faster.
