    Just so people aren't overly disappointed ... the entire process for legal entitlements and execution, remobilization, construction, inspections, testing, utility scheduling, and site comissioning can potentially take 2+ months out from today.

    No. But, to put it in perspective (and not necessarily specific to this site), what can delay the site after everything seems to be complete includes, but not limited to: GFI testing, pre-final permit approvals (i.e. planning, fire, etc.), permit final, comissioning / certification, utility...

    Actually, that's not entirely true. The issue becomes the safety of the public / construction crews as well as the equipment itself (i.e. before bollards are installed or othe protective measures). I mention equipment, but if any portion of the build (including the site civil work) is damaged...

    No, the transformer is AC only, as is the primary switch gear. Also, the switch gear "sections" do not individually support the Superchargers either. The deployed switch gear does not support the equipment that way, specifically (a 1:X ratio). On a side note, respectively for the...
