This is going to be a problem at the suspected Wawa SC in Sanford. That parking lot is almost always full as it is. It’s going to be ICE city simply because parking is already limited.

the chargers do not work. I tried multiple stalls. All the fencing is down, but Larry is correct. No power to them.

The Tesla Florida facebook page is reporting that about half the stalls are now open and operational. The other half are still under construction. I might be going by it today so I will update if I do.

My 2014 MS has the same line through the door that is shown in the original render. That's not where the door actually opens.

In the latest Tesla supercharger map update they show one coming to Sanford in Q3. A little permit digging shows it’s likely to be at the Wawa on 46, near I-4. However the initial permit application was filed in 2019 and the status is currently On Hold. Click2GovBP

I have a 2014 P85D with insane+. The battery was replaced before I owned it with a 90 v3, based on the part numbers from this thread. So I guess now it’s a P90D. Given the v3 is the ludicrous pack, is it possible to upgrade my car to ludicrous mode if I took it to a SC?

Me again. I’m looking at upgrading to MCU2 thanks to the lowered price. I stumbled across the the threads about Gen 1 Wall Chargers not working with MCU2 cars. Has that been resolved? I also saw some folks able to charge at 40A? That would be fine for me if feasible.

We are building a new facility at work and I’d like to install 2 charging stations in the new parking lot. We are in manufacturing so these chargers will really just be for the employees and maybe the occasional guest. This is just a convenience for employees, we don’t plan on charging anyone...

Ok. So maybe my max is 40A. I just assumed it was 48A If that is the case, should I switch out my breaker for a 50A breaker? Or is it OK to run the wall connector set to 50A when it’s really on a 60A?

it indicates 12/12A. I do not believe the car has dual chargers. It was not listed on the moroney paperwork.

Yes sir. Top 2 switches to the right, bottom 2 switches to the left. For 50A the top 3 remain the same and the bottom switch moved back over to the right. I ran test mode before all this and it didn't give me any errors either.

I have a 2014 Model S and a Gen 1 HWPC. I just installed it on a 60A breaker. When I set the dip switches to 60A, the car only charges at 12A. However if I set the dip switches to 50A, the car will charge at the correct rated 40A. Any ideas what is going on here? The HWPC is giving no error...

Haha that's great! Unfortunately Carvana just called and informed they had to send the vehicle into Tesla for repairs. They said there was "an auxiliary battery failure". That's all the rep knew about it. I'm assuming this is the 12v battery but that's just a guess? Carvana gave me the option...
