When I test drove a Model 3 with the new console I brought along a USB C thumb drive with some music, plugged it into one of the USB C ports in the rear of the console and it worked fine. USB showed up on the screen as one of the audio sources.

Initial reports from 3 & Y owners is not encouraging in rainy conditions. Plus, the use of the wonky auto headlight feature is now mandatory to engage AP or TACC. On a side note, it also appears they have removed the adjustable lumbar support from the passenger seat, at least on the Y.
