When you reject & go to the end of the line for a 6 months+ delay, does your original price remain the same or do they increase your price to the current higher price?

Well, I plopped down the refundable $1K & ordered the Touring. But now, in checking features it looks like it has no heated seats, heated steering wheel, sound system, auto-park, or self-driving, all important to me. I don't care about the extra range.

Exact thing happened to me this morning. My first pickup days, June 0; cancelled, VIN disappeared. Today a VIN appeared, a 255xxx, with September delivery date. Paid in full early June. I no longer trust anyone at Tesla.

Tesla should be a soap opera. So, after paying & then receiving pickup appointment for Monday yesterday, today I received notice that my pickup is cancelled & moved to July 20 -August 10. What?!? So I called Tesla & was told the reason for cancellation was that my car would arrive by Monday.

I gave up calling my SA and started calling main # = (650) 681-5100 = called 3 times and all 3 times spoke to different people and all 3 were very responsive and answered &/or solved my problem.

That's what I did. Ordered MYLR for $100 to just get in line, then rented from Turo.com for 3 days to make sure it fits my expectations. Although I didn't need to, I charged it 3 times just to get the feeling. For me, the rental was a good idea before I make final payment.
