Acceptable VIN substitute or max mileage?

My current VIN is 208xx. Had delivery set for Monday,but today Tesla cancelled because they said my car won’t arrive by Monday. I was told I’m on priority list for earliest delivery. I’m assuming it’s possible I will be offered an older VIN and perhaps a rejected MYLR. So, thoughts, please, on 2 possibilities. 1) What’s the lowest VIN I should accept.? I definitely want heated steering wheel. 2. What’s the max mileage I should accept? And, if I do reject, what happens? Do I get bumped to end of line?

I would say try not to over think it not everything is a conspiracy it’s possibly just late as they said. Stuff happens.

There are even more thing that can happen.
My delivery was delayed and when it came there was a faulty screen. And they had no parts for it.
So they had to find me another MY 500 miles away. Even though you can drive that distance in a day it took 10 days to get it.

Hope in your case it is just logistics issue and they are waiting for it to hit the lot.
