I still refresh after my delivery date and have gotten more updates daily since. Yesterday was the update to pay Tesla and today was the update to sign my loan agreement. Not quite as exciting but at least there's something to refresh for I suppose.

The shift is simply because that's what the new order page changed to today. For some reason the glitched week ranges follow the new order ranges. They really don't seem to mean anything. I spent all last week sitting at 9 - 13 weeks and it's the most frustrating thing ever.

I had the 9 - 13 weeks EDD all last week before going back to June 19 - 30 and back up one day at a time. I thought for sure a VIN was coming soon but honestly at this point I think anything could happen.

Based on the link I posted above, Tesla only collects state sales tax at time of sale and you owe the county and city tax at time of registration, which you have to do yourself after sale.

Have you purchased cars in Colorado before? Every state is different but most collect at time of sale at the dealer. It could also be a Tesla specific thing to where that's how it has to be done. Just like Tesla can't sell vehicles in Texas. Automotive laws are crazy and archaic in some states...

I'm noticing a lot of the vehicle's have the upgraded white interior. Maybe they are pumping those out for the higher profit or there's a supply issue for the black. Two vehicles on there are exact matches for mine except for the interior. Makes me wonder why my black interior is taking so long.

I ordered 5/1 and did everything but apply for a loan because I heard all the stories of delivery delays and people's financing expiring. Towards the end of May I talked to a random SA who said I should complete my profile to get a VIN quicker. Seems like something they should tell you up front.

I ordered 5/1 and I think I've only seen the one AZ VIN so far. The rest should come shortly. When I woke up to that email this morning I thought for sure it was my turn. Then I came here and all my dreams were crushed. There's always tomorrow I suppose.

Anything to keep the hope alive. Although I should be getting a VIN anytime now unless something is seriously wrong.
