I'm taking delivery of my model 3 tomorrow and I'm just stressing about finding panel gaps and other potential issues. If I ever find a panel gap, would they fix it for me even if there's no water leakage? Also how long do I have to bring it to their attention?

It's prob the least of your concern, but you'll be getting a 2022 model if you haven't been assigned a vin. When you checked the vin on the website, have you tried going to 'Dashboard' -> 'Manage' and then search the source code for '5YJ'? Also, does it just say 'Tesla Model 3' under Dashboard...

I ended up going for a test drive, it didn't even need getting used to. The speed was pretty conveniently located on the screen and I didn't have any issue whatsoever. However, I did find it very hard to follow the speed limit because the car was so fast. I guess this would come with practice :p

Did you choose 'finance' option when you were checking out? Obviously I can't comment on the accuracy of this statement but I remember watching a youtube video of someone saying you get your car earlier if you choose 'cash' option and near the pickup date you can change the option to financing...

I apologize for such a noob question but it's my first time owning an electric vehicle so I'm a bit confused. My condo has a charging station for electric vehicles but they're not specifically made for Tesla. At this point, I'm not sure if it's just a power outlet or an actual special charger...

Just talked to a Tesla customer rep. I was told Model 3 LR received an actual update today. I was also told if I haven't received my vehicle yet the update will be implemented in my vehicle when I receive it.

God, what a timing though. I guess I should be glad the update happened before I got my car though.

I'll call them after work today and ask. I hope whoever I talk to actually knows what's going on. If I hear anything useful I will post an update.

Wow so it went up 8km? It's really not a big deal whatsoever but looking back at the history who knows something else about the interior may have been updated as well.

I'm looking for the old specs on the Canadian Tesla website. The website's been updated and now it's showing 576km range for 18" wheel and 538km range for 19" wheel. Same 0-100 (4.4s). Does this mean there's been an update to the Model 3 LR (maybe 2022 Model 3)? If so I might cancel my order...

Just wondering - what changed about the M3 LR? Was there any actual update?

Not sure if this will make people feel better about the SR+'s new 0-100, but I owned a RX350 just prior to ordering a model 3 and the 0-100 was 7.7s and I thought it was flying lol. Also I'm sure SR+ will fly even faster once it's actually in motion and accelerating.
