You won’t be able to insure it till you get your reg which is a pain and the make / model via the reg takes 2-3 days to show on the insurance’s system which made it tight for me the last time I could only change over the day I was picking up

Nothing Major only a few days due to VRT and reg issues but it can happen. Now that was two years ago hopefully things have improved since!

Yeah its a bit of a joke. When I got my current M3 I paid cash and delivery was still all over the place. They changed the delivery date twice 🙄

Same as me so. I’ve just seen people say they have gotten requests for payslips etc the day before collecting so just be prepared, I emailed them today anyway to see if that email was confirmed approval or what so Ill report back.

Did you happen to get an email from Finance Ireland to say it was approved? I got one back in November and was never asked for any kind of documentation.

Tesla chat said should be a week or so for appointment scheduling texts but I’d take that with a pinch of salt

Thanks! Jesus there really is no rhyme or reason to how they do these orders 😂 I would email or call them to 100% confirm the delivery date before making payment just incase they do a turn about on you after you have sent the payment

I too can back up this theory 😂 Emailed Tesla Dublin yesterday and got a response that “Matching” is still in progress and should be completed this week so this week should be the week we know more 🙏🏻

Thanks for letting me know! Wow Tesla have really made a Sh*t show of it here, the lack of communication is so frustrating! I called last week and was told that they have no idea when it will arrive but it would need to be here before the end of the year 😂
