Is it possible to get Homelink installed in the car before I pick it up for delivery? The app doesn’t seem to let me order it until I actually have the car which adds an unnecessary delay. Is there some trick to just pay the extra $350 and have it preinstalled?

Tesla texted me to say they’d be delivering my new S with summer tires even though it’s being delivered to a location which will see freezing weather for the next couple months. Is this normal? Seems rather dangerous.

Was the installer able to reapply all the badges afterwards? Did they have to order new ones? If so were they readily available?

They don’t swing down like they do in the Y so you still have to walk over and push the seats down. But if you have to walk up to the seats anyway you might as well just press the unlatch buttons on the seats themselves. So what exactly is the point of the buttons in the trunk?
