If it's just the mirror then it's really easy to replace. It just pops out. People replace them with those "blue mirrors" all the time. Maybe you can get an OEM one on Ebay. Here's a video, it's not the only one, it was just the first one that came up on YouTube.

Received the module from TPARTS. Super easy install, less than 5 minutes and now I can play music from my USB drive. The purchase came with a USB-C adapter. Now if only Tesla would put back the controller games I'd be good to go.
