I actually switched to 21" Ubers, my tire guy told me the 19" continentals do not perform any better in the winter than the tires on the Ubers. There is a bit more tire wall to resist potholes I guess. You would need to get winter tires. I may do that not sure yet, Might wait a year or two...

I just picked up my Model Y and immediately took the rims/tires off and swapped them. They have less than 40 miles on them and come with TPMS. No lug nuts. Looking for $2000. Local pick-up preferred.

Do you know the date of Manufacture, mine is 00719X from Austin, can't get it till 8/23. My VIN date was 8/8

they appear to be sequential, Fremont is 510000+ and Austin is north of 9000 now.

Got my delivery date, 8/23 in Dedham...15 days from Vin to Delivery. If someone is at Dedham look for a Blue Model Y with Vin Austin 719X. LMK here... I know they get there way before Delivery

I also heard that adding a tow hitch or 20" wheels helps...you see very few white models being made in Austin in the drone videos on youttube.

In the VIN there is an identifier before the serial number A for Austin F fro Fremon, the proposed tax credit would be effective 1/1/23 not retroactive for 2022.

wow 9/21 order date.....I have heard they move the date way out and then in sometimes when a VIN is about to be assigned. I am pretty sure I will not qualify due to income so I am okay with getting mine sooner. I hope it works for you.

Within 5 days you see a new and way better EDD, I changed and actually went back to a LR..see my signature.,..I actually went back to a LR because I found an Polestar off a lot and will make money flipping it when my LR comes in/
