I had the same today, Zen order as well.

I had a text from Tesla on my Zen order saying it was due to be collected by me then today had another text from Tesla saying it will actually be delivered to me on the same day as I was due to collect... I'm not fussed as long as I get it on that day 🤣

Nothing random added but it may be a block order. When I ordered it was part of a limited order for delivery in May they told me... if that helps.

Nothing from Zen, I spoke to Tesla live chat then had a text from Tesla confirming.

Early last week when they said no car but should be end of June/early July. Zen just kept saying they don't know but will update me when they can. Shane on Tesla Live chat was really nice tbf, Emma must have been on a comfort break 🤣

Having heard nothing from Zen on this order I just spoke with Tesla on Live Chat to be told that I have a car and VIN and collection is booked for 29/06 at Bristol... Brilliant news!

Tesla told me last week that I am provisionally matched to a car for delivery in June, Zen tell me this morning there is no match and car "should" be June/July... left hand right hand springs to mind! Surely large lease companies who buy in bulk have access to information on deliveries? These...

Yeah I agree. Frustrating when I ordered for a May delivery (despite them knowing about the lockdown at this point and confirming it would be in May) then they started taking orders for June deliveries. Even now there are other lease companies taking orders for deliveries in June... surely these...

Email from Zen this morning to say mine is now due to be delivered end of June/early July... but hasn't been matched to a vehicle despite Tesla telling my last week that I was provisionally matched!

It seems Emma is busy today... hopefully this actually means something!

Same spec as me ordered through Zen early April so fingers crossed!

Doesn't fill me with hope for my Zen order :( getting anything out of them is like blood from a stone!

Back in April as part of Zen's delivery in May batch... then told it would be June so hopefully it will be but Tesla have confirmed I haven't been matched yet so no VIN :(

Just spoke to Tesla about my Zen order (MY/White/Black/19's) and apparently no car has been assigned yet :(

Is Singapore good or bad news?

Also depending on when that was taken they may have already loaded the cars that would have been parked nearest to the ship.

Ah ok. Mine was showing 4-6 weeks for May delivery but obv with everything going on in China it will be delayed… hopefully not by too long 😔

Zen are still telling me May… either they haven’t been told otherwise still or they just have no idea!

This makes me sad as I have my MY on order with Zen for May delivery :( Oh well, more time to get the charger installed I guess!

Straw clutching, but is it possible that their "stock" is from that shipment and is taking 4-6 weeks to sort out? I noticed that they also have some March registered cars available on their site...

They told me 4-6 weeks for my white long range but not heard anything else other than RN email. Ordered just over two weeks ago. I hope they aren’t full of it but I feel its not in the UK or would have had a VIN by now 😔

What spec was the Y? I also have an order with Zen due for delivery in May (according to them) but insure if its stock or mew build. I only have my RN atm.

Thank you, I thought that was the case. Frustrating as Zen are still telling me (and offering on their website) May delivery. Luckily I haven't got rid of our current car yet so will hang on to it for another few weeks!

Ordered 14th April through ZenAuto for May delivery (Model Y, White, Black 19") and had my RN today. Does anyone know if these are cars already in the UK or ones that are still needing to be shipped over?
