Here is how it looks like driving in winter in Toronto on my MX 2016

I already installed the screws and front bottom. It’s just the clips on front half of garnish are not getting in. May be I need to adjust sensor or air vents behind it but I don’t see any video or instructions on how to do that.

I did it myself. It’s easy and I’m not that handy. Just follow steps in Tesla manual.

That’s totally wrong information

MX 2016 Opened fender garnish to replace headlight and now front half of garnish is not clicking in properly. Rear half is installed fine. Any suggestions on how to fix it? I cannot find any video or instructions on how to out front fender garnish for model X. Kindly advise. Thanks

Bought one on eBay for 190 and replaces yesterday. All good.

Just bought a light from eBay for 190 and installed it yesterday. I don’t had to reinstall firmware or anything and everything works fine.

I’m in same boat and in Toronto. Tesla is asking 3800 to replace driver side headlight only.

Strange thing is that when my car is off then the light is working fine. As soon as I press brake pedal and car turns on most of led lights in my driver side light turns off. I’m uploading a video.

The entire part is sealed and there is no way to open it unless you cut it with a cutter. There are videos on YouTube but it’s not repairable.

Yes my driver side is gone and here is how they look on low beam and high beam For yours they are symmetrical so I will suggest you don’t change them if light is enough at night.

Yeah I’m checking eBay too but all of them are used and no guarantee if all lights will work or not and most are not refundable. For now I’m gonna use day light with front fog on as it should be fine.

How did you watch isolation?

Tesla said it was coolant heater and they replaced it for 1333 CAD

3700$ for one light Finally decided to get rid of Tesla as it’s not worth it. I spent 10k in repairs in last 6 months and my model X has lost 30k in value in last 6 months.

Yes it’s CAD. They said heater hasn’t failed yet but can fail in future and left me stranded so better to change it.

I have same error since months now but everything is working fine so I don’t care about it anymore.

I took it to Tesla and they told me to ignore this error.

Seems it was a temp alert and car needed a full reboot to erase it that software update performed.
