Likely need to cut them out. Sometimes not an issues and sometimes is an issue. your shop should be able to trim it away from the sensors for you at no cost.

With a color change PPF applied it is far more appealing to near everyone who sees them...

XPEL PRIME XR PLUS all the way for sure.

Looks great, and for those worried of tint making it darker and hard to see out there's always 70% XPEL PRIME XR PLUS which provides tremendous heat rejection and virtually no change to your vision seeing out or in.

If the installer extensively wraps the edges by drpoping down the bumpers a bit, taking out lights, trim pieces etc... you'll be good.

If doing a color on a CyberTruck We'd recommend colored PPF vs vinyl as much as we can for longevity and looks over the years of ownership.

They look great in Satin Black, done a few of them so far with Satin Black PPF and turned out awesome.

I'd personally recommend colored PPF far more than a vinyl wrap due to longevity and somewhat self healing surface... This is what we've been doing at our 3 shops.

We've done about 5 so far at our three shops and allot of others awaiting their delivery who want to do colored PPF, no one has ever wanted vinyl though which I would encourage not doing unless you want to change colors every couple of years and cost isn't a concern since PPF will be a long term...

XPEL offers XPEL FUSION SATIN which is made for satin PPF.

Personally I would do a full coverage clear bra and end my worried of ever polishing again, then hopefully prevent all rock chips from happening to the paint. If you so choose to you could go through car washes with clear bra as well although not the best way to clean a car.

It doesn't seem like that would but the shop who installed could likely attempt to promote healing with a heat gun for you.

Yes it can stick to PPF with no problem, just be sure if you have a ceramic coated film like XPEL FUSION PLUS you polish the area where the two way tape will adhere before placing the plate holder on the car.
