Unfortunately, the rubber door seal became loose. I scraped my head against it when getting into the car. I am 6'2", 215lb, and it's kinda difficult getting into the Model S compared to my Model X. Wind noise is also annoying. :( Any tips?

My march 2024 model s yoke steering is the same as my 2023 MX. The only difference is the center horn and camera button that brings up rear and blind spot views maybe it depends on which state you are located in ?

I accepted delivery. It went so so. My delivery appointment was for 3pm. I found out that the right rear tire was flat and they replaced it in about an hour. The entire process took about 2 hours. There was some white glue in the interior storage areas. And some strange message on the gauge...

I got here at 3:30 pm. And my damn right rear tire was damn near flat. And it’s super windy and a metal pole almost hit the trunk of the car.

Came to the Fremont CA factory for delivery day. No front bumper camera and my right rear tire had 17 PSI tire pressure. Not off to a good start unfortunately. 😪

I don't know. I remember in December 2023, when I was looking at the Model S plaid, the range was 396. and the long-range version was 405 IIRC i could be wrong though.

Maybe wait to see if the front bumper camera rumors are true. If that screenshot conversation that teslascope posted holds up then it might be worth the wait. My delivery day got pushed to tomorrow and now I’m on the fence about whether I should reject and wait or accept and move on. 🤔😬

I went ahead and placed the order for the Model S today (3/11/2024). Now that I understand the front bumper camera is not possible. :( app says the estimated delivery is March 2024. Bay area California location.

Has the model S plaid been released from EPA hold? Tesla website only has the S LR with the EPA estimated range.

With my luck. I’ll probably pick up the car, and the next day, the Model S will have the front bumper camera. I couldn't care less about the ambient lighting.

I had a similar issue. The existing inventory said the MYP was available for immediate delivery, but they wanted me to wait four days. so confusing

I hope they put the horn in the center. A front bumper camera and motorized doors like the Model X would be nice.

on the MY you can touch the screen and see where the car is in space. (when you are parking or in tight spaces ) I wish I could do that in my MX
