Thanks. I've only driven in the Sport setting so far and it's very impressive. Haven't tried Standard yet which I imagine is more tuned for comfort, so I'm going to play around with different combinations to see how it changes the vehicle dynamics overall.

Thank you so much! I figured out this morning that adjusting the screen brightness also changes the ambient lighting brightness, but I didn't see a way to independently adjust it on its own. Agreed that hopefully Tesla will include that in a future update.

Fellow Burbank delivery here also rescheduled for Monday. I texted earlier today to see if the delivery situation had changed but haven't gotten a response, so I appreciate you providing the update. Seriously looking forward to spending time with the car ripping up Angeles Crest!

Totally agree. Tesla's been shipping cybertruck without FSD OR autopilot 6 months after release (which is wild), but at least deliveries for that have commenced. You would think they'd prioritize trying to deliver cars however possible. I'm not saying I want an incomplete car like the CT, but...

I definitely hope so but I'm not holding my breath. Someone early in this thread posted saying no one was getting delivery until June - from the looks of it, they were spot on.

Just adding that my delivery tomorrow was rescheduled for the *4th* time to Monday at 2PM PT. I replied that they should just call me when the car is ready. No sense in creating the expectation of delivery with a date if there's a high likelihood that it won't happen. What a cluster.

Yeah, the timing for VIN updates varies between the insurers. When I was getting quotes, State Farm and Progressive couldn't find my VIN but everyone else could. YMMV. You can upload your existing insurance card without the Tesla on it in the app and that'll check off that step.

Seems like those of us with delivery scheduled this week were all sent the same message. This is definitely heading in a ridiculous direction. It's hard not to feel insulted by Tesla posting that deliveries have started, yet this has been our experience so far trying to schedule. Ugh.

I haven't heard from my advisor today, so I'd say this is a good sign that firmware and certification issues are resolved, and my twice-delayed delivery will finally happen tomorrow morning. I hope this also means a flood of VINs are assigned - fingers crossed 🤞

A super important point, considering Tesla's Q1 earnings miss - Q2 deliveries have to be on point for the company, so that's why I wouldn't put too much faith in these super long EDD's right now. I'm guessing that most April and May orders are delivered by the end of June... BUT this Fremont...

I was originally told the needed firmware update would happen today, and judging from the looks of things (and Tesla's official announcement that deliveries have started), it must've been completed. Maybe it's staffing related, or something specific to my car. I guess I'll find out Tuesday...

Yup, I got a similar update about the firmware from my advisor, so my delivery is tentatively scheduled for Sunday 5/19 at 11AM PDT. Only a few more days! If it gets pushed back further, I might actually stroke out 😆

I originally ordered the LR on 3/21 and switched to the M3P 4/23.
