I have had the same experience over the past 18 months. I have a CPO Model S P85. Car will charge at 40 and then every so often back down to 30 amps. Wiring is correct and new and everything is in good shape. Since I charge overnight I am not losing any sleep over it but it is curious.

22 day wait time for a CPO is not unusual considering the reconditioning and shipping involved. Mine took 5 weeks, but it was worth it in the end. Some things should not be rushed!

It came with the Pirelli Sottozero tires. We had a very mild winter so I can't say for sure how good they are in snow. They are not as highly rated as others but I succumbed to the convenience of Tesla SC ordering and mounting them. Package deal with 19" wheels.

I'm with you on that theory.....The cars that were listed at the beginning of May when I placed my deposit, appear to be much better "values" IMHO than the cars that have been listed lately. I'm glad that I acted when I did and didn't procrastinate waiting for a better deal.
