My guess is it will be free chargers. Probably the selling point to Brea to allow Tesla to install superchargers there, this will certainly bring some business to downtown Brea. Even all L2 chargers are in used at the same time, it’s equivalent to give 1 free super charging to a Tesla.

Level 2 chargers are installed, it’s using the Tesla home charger with J1772 plug.

This location is much better than the original location in Brea towntown, it's busy but never seen it full. Tesla has no rush to build a SC in the old location.

This mall is pretty dead, Tesla can easily install 50 super chargers at this location and not worried the spots get ICEd. Hopefully it will bring some business back to the mall while charging the car.
