Food for thought on trade in values. Feb 13th I checked kbb value and got a tesla trade in quote for my 2016 X 90D April 23rd I checked again, kbb value is about the same maybe 1k less than Feb. Tesla trade in value is $5800 less than Feb value.

Hopefully they are better prepared than they were with the model x. The tow hitch was out of stock for after delivery installs for a long time with no idea when they would be back in stock. So long that I resorted to buying a used hitch and installed it myself... My guess is they aren't...

If they did this I would upgrade to a new raven right now... They really need to switch FSD to a subscription model, pay $X per month and you get FSD. Sell the car to someone else and they can decide whether or not to pay for FSD monthly.

You should be able to add FSD later, but personally I would try to get an HW2.5 or HW3.0 version. 2017 is most likely HW2.0. You can research why 2.5+ is better. I would also try to get an MCU2 version instead of MCU1. I think that change was in 2017? If you look around the forum you will see...

Agreed, I've seen multiple threads saying they will remove FUSC if 3rd party, but never seen anyone say it happened to them. On the contrary, I've seen many say it wasn't removed (including my own experience buying used from a dealer, twice).
