As I said, I think the panel is overloaded as-is. They were the ones who installed the meter, I'd assume that they would not want me or even some random licensed electrician to touch it without their permission.

Looks like it. In the spreadsheet, there's literally only one person other than you either in CA or NV who configured a black aero before 2/14 and does not have a car. I'd expect you to get it as soon as they start the next black aero run.

85xx and 94xx are the same batch of VINs and, for all we know, could have rolled off the assembly line next to each other. The difference is simply because 83xx..92xx are all 18"s and 93xx..100xx are all 19"s.
