Agreed. Some days it’s really difficult to stay positive toward Tesla. They really are clueless when it comes to keeping customers motivated and happy.

I don’t get my HW3 upgrade until Tuesday (I hope - it was cancelled once already), but I believe you need to go to the Autopilot settings screen and enable FSD Preview visualizations

Did you enable them? They’re not on by default.

9:15 for me. Maybe see you there. I was planning on waiting if they think 2-3 hours is all they need, otherwise hopefully they’re still using enterprise (I’ve never been offered a loaner on a few visits)

Has anyone having the HW3 upgrade done in Oakville had their settings preserved? My appointment was cancelled once already due to no brackets and will supposedly now be done on Tuesday. I have only seen one comment on the upgrade in Oakville and they lost all settings. Most of it I can redo...

Yes, I really don’t understand holding this one back in Canada. NoA, Smart Summon and other features that were delayed here had regulatory safety implications that probably caused the delay but the FSD preview in strictly visual. I don’t get why it has been held back in Canada.

Was there a VIN range given? I couldn’t see one but I think it may apply to my car. Built in May 2018 and I’ve never been able to get the full charge range.

I seem to recall that with NoA it worked for Canadians when they were in the US with their cars before it worked here. It's probably the same with Smart Summon since we're getting the same software version. The feature is probably geofenced.

The glovebox could be coincidence. I’ve had an intermittent problem with it not staying closed. With it open pull the catches on either side out a bit further with your fingers and it should stay shut. Worked for me.

I'm a fan of Nokian tires as well. I get mine at MTC Tire in Oakville.

The rebate programs were financed out of cap and trade. The money to pay for the programs was not coming from general tax revenues. But since they plan to kill cap and trade the revenue stream for other programs dries up.

PPF and ceramic serve different purposes. PPF guards against stone chips and scratches and ceramic coating does not. Ceramic is more about gloss and making the car easy to clean since it repels water. So PPF on the front protects against stone chips where they're most likely to happen and the...

That's odd. I've had my M3 for a few days now and on every 407 trip I've heard the four beeps. Mounted on the windshield next to the mirror but I think I'll try the back of the touch screen as others have suggested.
