Trade for Silver Model 3 Performance 20's. These wheels are probably heavier

I live in Chicago but don't think I want to swap my white seats for the black. They just look so unique in the car. Especially with the blue exterior. You thought about just wrapping it with white seat covers.

Anyone know of a good place to powder coat wheels for a Model 3 here in IL. Maybe even in the suburbs. A place that can dismount the tires, powder coat, and mount and balance the wheels and tires again. I found a lot of them on google but I want to other people's opinion that have done it.

I love anything that is alcantara. I think the center console in alcantara looks great. Just that it might get dirty pretty quick. Still love the look.

Enjoy the car. These are all minor things. See if there is any adjustment on the inside of the box.

I actually added one of those wind noise reducer seals in between the 2 glasses. But the gap on my glasses is half the width then the pictures posted here. But you should be fine as long as the seal in between the glass and the metal panel is doing its job.

To me the Model 3 has one of the clearest back up camera available. More clear then the Model S loaner I had. Even better then my BMW M3 I have. I know it can be better but it won't be HD clear.

Don't think that's rust. Could just be a sealant for water proofing. Then it got painted over.

I'll just continue cleaning my white seats every couple of months with leather cleaner. I'll look into this as well.

I do notice the paint on the lower part of the rocker panel being a bit thicker with a different texture. Seems a lot more durable. I covered that area up with carbon mud guards to protect it. The regular mud guards will help as well. If you don't use them rust will form. Not sure if ppf will...

That lower diffuser is huge. Looks like it sticks out quite a bit.

I can say the BMW M3 just feels better when it comes to handling. The Model 3 P feels just as tight but more of that comfortable handling. Pretty sure it will beat the BMW M3 on the track with that faster acceleration. However the width of the F80 M3 makes the car look so good. Both great cars.

It will be interesting to buy a pre painted bumper cover. Wonder how the match will be and also what the wait time is.

Hopefully V3 will include Ludicrous mode. I haven't really messed with V2 yet but I'm pretty sure it will go up against the BMW M3 really well. Both cars are great still.

Where there is a service center some where in Chicago I will look more into this. Great car but if there is no support for it locally it's pointless to have the car.

I got both the M3 and the P3. The P3 is definitely faster then the M3. But the handling and driving dynamics in the M3 in my opinion is much better compare to the P3. Both great cars to drive. My next car is the Cybertruck or the Byton M-byte if you know what car that is.

I like polish steel. But i want the stainless steel to be thick.

Maybe spray some FluidFilm on those rusted bushings to help protect it. I noticed the rust on these bushings of my Model 3 a month into owning it and with this fluid film on it it hasn't gotten any worse. This fluidfilm spray does wonder on metal parts that tends to rust.

Looks minor. See if you can buff all the scratches out first if there isn't any cracks in the paint. However if those indentations bother you then you will have to fill it and repaint the entire bumper.

I got a 8k discount on my demo Model 3 Performance. I was a basically paying the same amount as I was going to build a long range model 3. But all this was happening before the Model 3 became really popular.

That has a bit of miles for a 2019. Probably someones demo or test drive when they had it. Make sure you check the build date on the car. They can probably remove the FSD to save you some money but not the wheels.

What BMW did you trade the Model 3 for? I also do notice some quality issues on my Model 3 but I will never let it go for that. It's too good and fun of a car. Sometimes it's more fun then my F80 M3 because of the crazy acceleration.

Got mine reserved a week later. Couldn't decide if I like it or not. But it did grow on me in that week.

Beautiful car. I got the F80 M3 and the P3D+. Both cars have their advantages. But I agree that the Model 3 is so much easier to accelerate with the instant torque. The M3 takes a bit until the twin turbos kicks in.

That looks great but at 20mm it's pushing it for me. On my BMW M3 I only did 12mm and I thought that was a bit a much for safety. You get any vibration with these spacers.

What spacers did you use. Did you have to change your studs.

I would just leave it the way it is. I have the same paint issue and primer on those hinges. I just have the feeling that if they try to fix it it might come back worse. Not going to take my chances. Plus you can't see it when the doors are closed and the metal is still protected.
