The door opening is a similar size. Not noticeably larger or smaller. The 3 is definitely taller than an S with air suspension on the standard setting -- probably about the same height as an air suspension S set to "high".

Depends on the EVSE you get. Teslas can charge at very high amperage compared to most other EVs. Your best route would be to run a 14-50 outlet, get a juicebox for your placeholder EV and then use the cable the comes with your Model 3 when you get it.

If you have a copy of your final MVPA, check the estimated delivery on it. Mine was spot on, exact day, even before the car actually started production.

Fee waiving doesn't have anything to do with where you pick up. You normally have to pay destination fees picking up at Fremont.
