My voice command button does not respond. it does nothing when I press it. Its been like this for some time now. Are we still having issues with voice command on the Model X. I drive a 2019 Raven Model X running update VER. 10.2 (2020.16.2.1)

Currently Tesla is offering two free options discount if we buy an inventory Tesla. My question is ; does the discounted option have to be currently installed on the inventory vehicle or can I add lets say the 22" ONxy Black wheels to the car as part of the free option ?
