Just dropped it off at the service center. They said they will take two days to complete. I’ll report back once I pickup and include a copy of the work order with what was done. As a side note. It was about a month to get the appointment.

I don't believe that conclusion is accurate. Urban chargers appear to be a 1 to 2 ratio of cabinets to chargers as well. Did you recently open the app? It does work if before you go out to the car you open the app and see the "Waking Up" message. So if the car is in "sleep mode" it doesn't work, but if it's waked by the app or not yet in sleep mode then it does seem to work.

Just disable the "Wake on Walk Up" option on the car. It still unlocks automatically, it just waits until you actually try to open the door. The only thing you lose is the lights flashing and the mirrors folding out when you walk up. This still happens as soon as you open the door.
