Have you look at CPO or used Mid-range Model 3s? Most are under $40k and I THINK they come with Premium Audio and the premium features. (Someone correct me if I’m wrong). And on the plus side you get slightly longer range than the SR+ for when you need it.

I took delivery of my MS in April 2017. I’m on my third replacement and starting to worry about future replacements as I am only a few weeks away from hitting 50k miles and don’t want to pay out of pocket when I have to get my fourth one replaced if or when it fails.

It’s not live on the map probably because not all stalls have power. I went today for lunch. Plugged my car in and the screen said “no power” or something like that. Moved it to another charging stall and it worked. They’re probably still working out some final kinks

If you make $50k and live in Texas, you can totally afford a Tesla, maybe a CPO or a very bare S75, which is still an amazing car. If driving a Tesla will make you happy, do it! other people spend that much money or more on things that are much less satisfying like drugs, alcohol or women.

I have the white interior. However, I had a loaner X with the cloth seats. They are MUCH better than I thought they'd be. The (p)leather trim gives them sort of a more premium feed than just plan old cloth seats.
