About to go on my third headlight replacement. Every few months the DLR around the headlight will go bad and one will be brighter than the other. I searched for similar issues and it seems to be happening to others. Should I be worried about out of warranty costs? I will probably be out of warranty by end of month. This is on my 2017 S75

I had one replaced under warranty. as I understand it the headlight assembly is somewhere around $1100. Hit 50k last month - at that price if it happens again it's not getting fixed.
Oh wow... $1100? I hope Tesla has found a better supplier. There is a clear quality issue with the current one if I’m having to replace one every few months. If you look close enough at some of the refresh model S in the road you will probably see some with the same issue and the owner may not even be aware.
I took delivery of my MS in April 2017. I wonder if there is something wrong with the batch from around that time. I’m at 45k miles. My first one died probably before 10k Miles, Second one in the 30k-38k range. (The other side) and then this one I noticed a few days ago (at about 40k Miles)
